Translations

(Etheridge) And they assembled with the elders, and took counsel; and they gave money not a little to the guards,

(Murdock) And they assembled with the Elders, and held a council; and they gave no little money to the guards,

(Lamsa) So they gathered with the elders and took counsel; and they gave money, not a small sum, to the guards,

(KJV) And when they were assembled with the elders, and had taken counsel, they gave large money unto the soldiers,
