Translations

(Etheridge) Blessed the man who endureth temptations: for when he hath been proved he shall receive the crown of life, which Aloha hath promised unto them who love him.

(Murdock) Blessed is the man who endureth temptations; so that when he is proved he may receive a crown of life, which God hath promised to them that love him.

(Lamsa) Blessed is the man who endures temptations: for when he is tested, he shall receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him.

(KJV) Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
