Translations

(Etheridge) For we know that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be abolished, that more we should not serve sin.

(Murdock) For we know, that our old man is crucified with him; that the body of sin might be abolished, and we be no more servants to sin:

(Lamsa) For we know, that our old selves are crucified with him, so that the sinful body might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

(KJV) Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
