Translations

(Etheridge) who is the earnest of our inheritance, until the redemption of those who are saved, and unto the praise of his majesty.

(Murdock) who is the earnest of our inheritance, until the redemption of them that are alive, and for the praise of his glory.

(Lamsa) Which is the pledge of our inheritance, for the salvation of those who are saved, and for the glory of his honour.

(KJV) Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
