Translations

(Etheridge) Yes, my Father, for thus was it pleasing before thee !

(Murdock) Yes, my Father; for so it seemed good before thee.

(Lamsa) O yes, my Father, for such was your will.

(KJV) Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight.
