Translations

(Etheridge) and he dwelt in the place of tombs; and with chains no man could bind him:

(Murdock) And he dwelt in the place of sepulchres; and no one could confine him with chains:

(Lamsa) He lived in the cemetery, and no man could bind him in chains;

(KJV) Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains:
