Mark 4:1 - ܬ݁ܽܘܒ݂ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܫܰܪܺܝ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܡܰܠܶܦ݂ ܥܰܠ ܝܰܕ݂ ܝܰܡܳܐ ܘܶܐܬ݂ܟ݁ܰܢܰܫܘ ܠܘܳܬ݂ܶܗ ܟ݁ܶܢܫܶܐ ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܶܐܐ ܐܰܝܟ݂ ܕ݁ܢܶܣܰܩ ܢܶܬ݁ܶܒ݂ ܠܶܗ ܒ݁ܰܣܦ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܳܐ ܒ݁ܝܰܡܳܐ ܘܟ݂ܽܠܶܗ ܟ݁ܶܢܫܳܐ ܩܳܐܶܡ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܐܰܪܥܳܐ ܥܰܠ ܝܰܕ݂ ܝܰܡܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) And he began again to teach by the sea-side: and great assemblies were gathered to him; so that, ascending, he sat in a bark on the sea, and the whole multitude stood on the land, by the edge of the water. [Hand of the sea.]

(Murdock) And again he began to teach by the side of the sea. And great multitudes were assembled about him; so that he embarked and sat in a ship on the sea, and all the multitude stood on the land by the side of the sea.

(Lamsa) AGAIN he began to teach by the sea side; and many people gathered unto him, so that he went up and sat in a boat in the sea; and all the people stood on the land by the sea.

(KJV) And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.
