Translations

(Etheridge) But Herodes, Tetrarka, heard all that was done by his hand, and was astonished; for men said that Juchanon had risen from the house of the dead.

(Murdock) And Herod the Tetrarch heard of all the things done by him, and he was disturbed; because some said, that John had arisen from the dead.

(Lamsa) Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by his hand; and he was amazed, because some men said that John has risen from the dead.

(KJV) Now Herod the tetrarch heard of all that was done by him: and he was perplexed, because that it was said of some, that John was risen from the dead;
