Translations

(Etheridge) The lord of the vinery saith, What shall I do? I will send my son, the beloved; now will they see him and reverence him.

(Murdock) The lord of the vineyard said: What shall I do? I will send my dear son. Perhaps they will look upon him, and be ashamed.

(Lamsa) Then the owner of the vineyard said, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son; perhaps they will see him and feel ashamed.

(KJV) Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him.
