Translations

(Etheridge) But she, when she saw, was troubled at his words, and reasoned what this salutation was.

(Murdock) And when she saw [him], she was agitated by his speech; and she pondered, what this salutation could mean.

(Lamsa) When she saw him, she was disturbed at his word, and wondered what kind of salutation this could be.

(KJV) And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.
