Translations(Etheridge) But I have against thee, because thy first love thou hast forsaken.
(Murdock) Yet I have [a charge] against thee, on account of thy former love, which thou hast left.
(Lamsa) Nevertheless I have something against you, because you have left your first love.
(KJV) Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.
