Translations

(Etheridge) And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, Write, Blessed are the dead Who in Aloha die from now. Yes, saith the Spirit, That they may rest from their labours, For their works follow with them.

(Murdock) And I heard a voice from heaven, saying: Write, Blessed are the dead that die in the Lord, henceforth: yes, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their toils; for their deeds do accompany them.

(Lamsa) And I heard a voice from heaven saying, Write, Blessed are the dead who die in the LORD from henceforth: Yes, says the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours, for their works will follow them.

(KJV) And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.
