Translations

(Etheridge) And when the disciples heard, they fell upon their faces and feared greatly.

(Murdock) And when the disciples heard [it], they fell on their faces, and were much afraid.

(Lamsa) When the disciples heard it, they threw themselves on their faces, and they were greatly frightened.

(KJV) And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
