Translations

(Etheridge) Jeshu saith to them, Have you never read what David did, when he needed and was hungry, he, and they (who were) with him ?

(Murdock) Jesus said to them: Have ye never read what David did, when he had need and was hungry, he and his attendants ?

(Lamsa) Jesus said to them, Have you not read what David did, when he was in need and hungry, he and those who were with him?

(KJV) And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him?
