Luke 7:30 - ܦ݁ܪܺܝܫܶܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܘܣܳܦ݂ܪܶܐ ܛܠܰܡܘ ܒ݁ܢܰܦ݂ܫܗܽܘܢ ܨܶܒ݂ܝܳܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܕ݁ܠܳܐ ܐܶܬ݂ܥܡܶܕ݂ܘ ܡܶܢܶܗ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But the Pharishee and Sophree rejected against themselves the will of Aloha, because they were not baptized of him.)

(Murdock) But the Pharisees and Scribes rejected the good pleasure of God, against themselves; as they were not baptized by him.

(Lamsa) But the Pharisees and the scribes suppressed the will of God in themselves, because they were not baptized by him.

(KJV) But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.
