Translations

(Etheridge) And after a few days the minor son gathered together his all whatsoever, and went into a distant country, and there dispersed his substance in living profusely.

(Murdock) And after a few days, the younger son collected together all that fell to him, and went to a distant place and there squandered his property, by living in dissipation.

(Lamsa) And after a few days, his younger son gathered everything that was his share, and went to a far-away country, and there he scattered his wealth in extravagant living.

(KJV) And not many days after the younger son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his substance with riotous living.
