(Etheridge) Now Bethania was nigh to Urishlem, being a distance from it of about fifteen stadia.

(Murdock) Now Bethany was near to Jerusalem, distant from it about fifteen furlongs.

(Lamsa) Now Bethany was towards Jerusalem, a distance of about two miles.

(KJV) Now Bethany was nigh unto Jerusalem, about fifteen furlongs off:
