Acts 13:1 - ܐܺܝܬ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܒ݁ܥܺܕ݈݁ܬ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܢܛܺܝܳܟ݂ܺܝܰܐ ܢܒ݂ܺܝܶܐ ܘܡܰܠܦ݂ܳܢܶܐ ܒ݁ܰܪܢܰܒ݂ܰܐ ܘܫܶܡܥܽܘܢ ܕ݁ܡܶܬ݂ܩܪܶܐ ܢܺܝܓ݁ܶܪ ܘܠܽܘܩܺܝܳܣ ܕ݁ܡܶܢ ܩܽܘܪܺܝܢܺܐ ܡܕ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܳܐ ܘܡܰܢܰܐܝܶܠ ܒ݁ܰܪ ܡܪܰܒ݁ܝܳܢܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܕ݁ܗܶܪܳܘܕ݂ܶܣ ܛܶܛܪܰܪܟ݂ܰܐ ܘܫܳܐܘܳܠ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But there were in the church of Antiokia prophets and teachers, Bar Naba and Shemun who was called Niger, and Lukios who was from the city of Kyrene, and Manael, a fosterbrother of Herodes Tetrarka, and Shaol.

(Murdock) Now there were in the church at Antioch, [several] prophets and teachers; Barnabas, and Simon called Niger, and Lucius who was from the city Cyrene, and Menaen, a son of the guardians of Herod the Tetrarch, and Saul.

(Lamsa) NOW there were in the church at An'ti-och prophets and teachers; Bar'na-bas, and Simeon who was called Ni'ger, and Lu'cius from the city of Cy-rene, and Man'a-el, who was the son of the man who brought up Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

(KJV) Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
