Translations

(Etheridge) those (waters) by which the world that then was, again (was covered) with waters, and perished.

(Murdock) [And], by means of these [waters], the world which then was, [being submerged] again perished in the waters.

(Lamsa) And those men, because of whose deeds the world of that time was overflowed with water, perished:

(KJV) Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
