Romans 9:8 - ܗܳܢܰܘ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܠܳܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܒ݁ܢܰܝܳܐ ܕ݁ܒ݂ܶܣܪܳܐ ܐܺܝܬ݂ܰܝܗܽܘܢ ܒ݁ܢܰܝܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܐܠܳܗܳܐ ܐܶܠܳܐ ܒ݁ܢܰܝܳܐ ܕ݁ܡܽܘܠܟ݁ܳܢܳܐ ܡܶܬ݂ܚܰܫܒ݁ܺܝܢ ܠܙܰܪܥܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) but that is, the children of the flesh are not the children of Aloha, but the children of the promise are reckoned the seed.

(Murdock) That is, it is not the children of the flesh, who are the children of God; but the children of the promise, are accounted for the seed.

(Lamsa) That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of God; but the children of the promise who are reckoned as descendants.

(KJV) That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
