Translations

(Etheridge) For if after the flesh you live, you must die: but if, after the Spirit, the habitudes of the body you mortify, you live.

(Murdock) - (For if ye live according to the flesh, ye are to die. But if, by the Spirit, ye mortify the practices of the body, ye will live.

(Lamsa) For if you live after the flesh, you will die: but if you, through the Spirit, subdue the deeds of the body, you shall live.

(KJV) For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
