Translations

(Etheridge) which from of old he had promised by the hand of the prophets, in the holy writings,

(Murdock) (which he had before promised, by his prophets, in the holy scriptures,

(Lamsa) Which was promised from early days by his prophets in the holy scriptures,

(KJV) (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,)
