Translations

(Etheridge) And while he reclined in the house, there came to him many tribute-gatherers and sinners, and reclined with Jeshu and with his disciples.

(Murdock) And as they were reclining in a house, many publicans an sinners came and reclined with Jesus and his disciples.

(Lamsa) And while they were guests in the house, a great many publicans and sinners came, and they sat as guests with Jesus and with his disciples.

(KJV) And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.
