Translations

(Etheridge) Think not that I came to loose the law or the prophets: not that I might loose, but that I might fulfill.

(Murdock) Do not suppose that I have come to subvert the law or the prophets: [I have come] not to subvert, but to fulfill.

(Lamsa) Do not expect that I have come to weaken the law or the prophets; I have not come to weaken, but to fulfil.

(KJV) Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
