Translations

(Etheridge) You are the light of the world: It is not possible that a city which is built upon a hill can be hidden.

(Murdock) Ye are the light of the world! A city built upon a hill, not be concealed.

(Lamsa) You are indeed the light of the world; a city that is built upon a mountain cannot be hidden.

(KJV) Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
