Translations

(Etheridge) And they gave him to drink vinegar mingled with gall: and he tasted, but was not willing to drink.

(Murdock) And they gave him to drink vinegar mixed with gall. And he tasted [it], and would not drink.

(Lamsa) And they gave him to drink vinegar mixed with gall; and he tasted it, but he would not drink.

(KJV) They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.
