Translations
(Etheridge) But his disciples saw and were displeased, and said, For what is this destruction ?
(Murdock) And when his disciples saw [it] they were displeased, and said: Why is this waste ?
(Lamsa) When his disciples saw it, they were dis-pleased, and said, Why is this loss?
(KJV) But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?
