Translations

(Etheridge) But when the king heard, he was wroth; and sent his forces and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

(Murdock) And when the king heard [of it], he was angry; and he sent his military forces, and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

(Lamsa) When the king heard it he was angry; and he sent out his armies and destroyed those murderers, and burned their city.

(KJV) But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
