Translations

(Etheridge) Jeshu saith to them, Have you not read in the scripture, that the stone which the builders rejected, this is become the head of the corner ? By the Lord was this done, and it is wondrous in our eyes.

(Murdock) Jesus said to them: Have ye never read in the scripture, The stone which the builders rejected, hath become the head of the corner: this is from the Lord; and it is marvellous in our eyes ?

(Lamsa) Jesus said to them, Have you never read in the scripture, The stone which the builders rejected, the same became the cornerstone; this was from the Lord, and it is a marvel in our eyes?

(KJV) Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes?
