Translations

(Etheridge) and said to them, It is written, that my house shall the house of prayer be called, but ye have made it a den of thieves.

(Murdock) And he said to them: It is written, my house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of robbers.

(Lamsa) And he said to them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but you have made it a bandits' cave.

(KJV) And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.
