Translations

(Etheridge) and there was one who was called Bar-aba, who was bound with the makers of sedition, they who murder in the sedition had committed.

(Murdock) And there was one named Bar Abas, who was confined with the movers of sedition, who had committed murder in the insurrection.

(Lamsa) There was one called Bar-Abbas, who was bound with those who made insurrection, and who had committed murder during the insurrection.

(KJV) And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
