Translations

(Etheridge) For why behold you the rod that is in the eye of your brother, but the rafter in your (own) eye is not seen by you ?

(Murdock) And why observest thou the straw that is in thy brother's eye, but regardest not the beam that is in thy own eye?

(Lamsa) Why do you see the splinter in your brother's eye, and do not see the beam in your own eye?

(KJV) And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
