Luke 4:29 - ܘܩܳܡܘ ܐܰܦ݁ܩܽܘܗ݈ܝ ܠܒ݂ܰܪ ܡܶܢ ܡܕ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܳܐ ܘܰܐܝܬ݁ܝܽܘܗ݈ܝ ܥܕ݂ܰܡܳܐ ܠܰܓ݂ܒ݂ܺܝܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܛܽܘܪܳܐ ܗܰܘ ܕ݁ܰܡܕ݂ܺܝܢ݈ܬ݁ܗܽܘܢ ܒ݁ܰܢܝܳܐ ܗ݈ܘܳܬ݂ ܥܠܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܕ݁ܢܶܫܕ݁ܽܘܢܳܝܗ݈ܝ ܡܶܢ ܫܩܺܝܦ݂ܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) and they arose, forced him without from the city, and brought him to the brow of the hill on which their city was built to throw him from the rock:

(Murdock) And they rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and brought him to the top of the hill on which the city was built, that they might cast him down from the rock.

(Lamsa) And they rose up, and took him outside the city, and brought him to the brow of the mountain, on which their city was built, that they might throw him down from a cliff.

(KJV) And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
