Translations

(Etheridge) And many words he asked him; but Jeshu gave him no answer whatever.

(Murdock) And he asked him many questions; but Jesus gave him no reply.

(Lamsa) And he asked him many words; but Jesus gave him no answer.

(KJV) Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing.
