Luke 17:9 - ܠܡܳܐ ܛܰܝܒ݁ܽܘܬ݂ܶܗ ܡܩܰܒ݁ܶܠ ܕ݁ܗܰܘ ܥܰܒ݂ܕ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܥܒ݂ܰܕ݂ ܡܶܕ݁ܶܡ ܕ݁ܶܐܬ݂ܦ݁ܩܶܕ݂ ܠܶܗ ܠܳܐ ܣܳܒ݂ܰܪ ܐ݈ܢܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) Does that servant receive thanks because he hath done what was required of him ? I consider not.

(Murdock) Hath he thanks for him, because the servant did what was commanded him? I think not.

(Lamsa) Why, will that servant receive praise, because he did what he was commanded to do? I do not think so.

(KJV) Doth he thank that servant because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow not.
