Translations

(Etheridge) Some said, It is he; and some said, It is not, but one like him; but he said, I am he.

(Murdock) Some said, It is he: and others said, No; but he is very like him. But he said: I am he.

(Lamsa) Some said, It is he; and some said, No, but he resembles him; but he said, I am he.

(KJV) Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.
