John 7:27 - ܐܶܠܳܐ ܠܗܳܢܳܐ ܝܳܕ݂ܥܺܝܢ ܚ݈ܢܰܢ ܡܶܢ ܐܰܝܡܶܟ݁ܳܐ ܗܽܘ ܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܐܶܡܰܬ݂ܝ ܕ݁ܳܐܬ݂ܶܐ ܠܳܐ ܐ݈ܢܳܫ ܝܳܕ݂ܰܥ ܡܶܢ ܐܰܝܡܶܟ݁ܳܐ ܗܽܘ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) Yet of this we know from whence he is; but when the Meshicha cometh, no man knoweth from whence he is.

(Murdock) Yet we know this man, whence he is; the Messiah, when he shall come, no one knoweth whence he is.

(Lamsa) Howbeit we know whence he comes; but when the Christ comes, no man will know whence he comes.

(KJV) Howbeit we know this man whence he is: but when Christ cometh, no man knoweth whence he is.
