Translations

(Etheridge) Now his disciples had gone into the city to buy for them meat.

(Murdock) And his disciples had gone to the city, to buy themselves food.

(Lamsa) His disciples had entered into the city to buy food for themselves.

(KJV) (For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)
