John 3:23 - ܐܳܦ݂ ܝܽܘܚܰܢܳܢ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܡܰܥܡܶܕ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܒ݁ܥܺܝܢ‌ܝܳܘܢ ܕ݁ܥܰܠ ܓ݁ܶܢ݈ܒ݂ ܫܳܠܺܝܡ ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕ݁ܡܰܝܳܐ ܐܺܝܬ݂ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܬ݁ܰܡܳܢ ܣܰܓ݁ܺܝܶܐܐ ܘܳܐܬ݂ܶܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܘܥܳܡܕ݁ܺܝܢ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But Juchanon also was baptizing in Ein-yon, near Sholim, because the waters were there many; and they came and were baptized;

(Murdock) And John also was baptizing in 'non, which is near to Salim, because there were many waters there: and the people came, and were baptized.

(Lamsa) John also was baptizing at the spring of Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there; and they came, and were baptized.

(KJV) And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.
