Translations

(Etheridge) nor reason that it is expedient for us that one man die for the people, and not all the people perish.

(Murdock) Neither do ye consider, that it is expedient for us, that one man die for the people, and not that this whole people perish.

(Lamsa) Nor do you reason that it is much better for us that one man should die instead of the people, and not all the people perish.

(KJV) Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not.
