Translations

(Etheridge) This saw first Shemun his brother, and said to him, We have found the Meshicha;

(Murdock) He first saw Simon his brother, and said to him: We have found the Messiah.

(Lamsa) He saw his brother Simon first, and said to him, We have found the Christ.

(KJV) He first findeth his own brother Simon, and saith unto him, We have found the Messias, which is, being interpreted, the Christ.
