Translations

(Etheridge) Now one of those who heard Juchanon and went after Jeshu, was Andreas, the brother of Shemun.

(Murdock) And one of those who heard John and went after Jesus was Andrew, the brother of Simon.

(Lamsa) One of them who heard John and followed Jesus, was Andrew, the brother of Simon.

(KJV) One of the two which heard John speak, and followed him, was Andrew, Simon Peter's brother.
