Translations
(Etheridge) In the world was he, and the world by his hand had been made, and the world knew him not.
(Murdock) He was in the world; and the world was by his hand; and the world did not know him.
(Lamsa) He was in the world, and the world was under his hand, and yet the world knew him not.
(KJV) He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.
