Hebrews 8:6 - ܗܳܫܳܐ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܬ݁ܶܫܡܶܫܬ݁ܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܡܝܰܬ݁ܪܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܗܳܝ ܩܰܒ݁ܶܠ ܝܶܫܽܘܥ ܡܫܺܝܚܳܐ ܐܰܟ݂ܡܳܐ ܕ݁ܰܡܝܰܬ݁ܪܳܐ ܐܳܦ݂ ܕ݁ܺܝܰܬ݂ܺܝܩܺܐ ܗܳܝ ܕ݁ܰܥܒ݂ܺܝܕ݂ ܒ݁ܳܗ ܡܶܨܥܳܝܳܐ ܘܰܒ݂ܫܽܘܘ݈ܕ݁ܳܝܶܐ ܕ݁ܰܡܝܰܬ݁ܪܺܝܢ ܡܶܢ ܕ݁ܗܳܝ ܐܶܬ݂ܝܰܗܒ݁ܰܬ݂ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But now a ministry which is better than that hath Jeshu Meshiha received, by so much as that covenant of which he is made the Mediator ^[Metsoya] is better, and was given with better promises, than that.

(Murdock) But now, Jesus the Messiah hath received a ministry which is better than that: as also the covenant, of which he is made the Mediator, is better, and is given with better promises than the former.

(Lamsa) But now Jesus Christ has received a ministry which is greater than that; just as the covenant in which he was made a mediator, is greater, so are the promises greater than those given in the old covenant.

(KJV) But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.
