Hebrews 12:8 - ܘܶܐܢ ܕ݁ܠܳܐ ܡܰܪܕ݁ܽܘܬ݂ܳܐ ܐܰܢ݈ܬ݁ܽܘܢ ܗܳܝ ܕ݁ܒ݂ܳܗ ܡܶܬ݂ܪܕ݂ܶܐ ܟ݁ܽܠܢܳܫ ܗܘܰܝܬ݁ܽܘܢ ܠܟ݂ܽܘܢ ܢܽܘܟ݂ܪܳܝܶܐ ܘܠܳܐ ܒ݁ܢܰܝܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) And if ye be without the correction with which every one is corrected, ye are aliens, and not children.

(Murdock) But if ye are without that chastisement, with which every one is chastened, ye are become strangers and not sons.

(Lamsa) But if you are without discipline, that very discipline by which every man is trained, then you are strangers and not sons.

(KJV) But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
