Translations

(Etheridge) and considered the riches of the reproach of Meshiha to be far greater than the treasures of Metsreen: for he contemplated the recompence of the reward.

(Murdock) and he esteemed the reproach of the Messiah a greater treasure than the hoarded riches of Egypt; for he looked upon the recompense of reward.

(Lamsa) And he reasoned that the reproach of Christ was greater riches than the treasures of Egypt: for he looked forward to be paid the reward.

(KJV) Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward.
