Translations
(Etheridge) AND in those days the disciples being many, the Javnoyee disciples murmured against the Ebroyee because their widows were slighted in the daily ministration.
(Murdock) And in those days, when the disciples had become numerous, the Grecian disciples murmured against the Hebrew, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration [to the needy].
(Lamsa) AND in those days, when the number of disciples had increased, the Hel'len-ist converts murmured against the Hebrew converts because their widows were discriminated against in the daily distribution.
(KJV) And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.
