Acts 21:34 - ܘܩܳܥܶܝܢ ܗ݈ܘܰܘ ܥܠܰܘܗ݈ܝ ܐ݈ܢܳܫܳܐ ܡܶܢ ܐܳܟ݂ܠܳܘܣ ܡܶܕ݁ܶܡ ܡܶܕ݁ܶܡ ܘܡܶܛܽܠ ܩܥܳܬ݂ܗܽܘܢ ܠܳܐ ܡܶܫܟ݁ܰܚ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܠܡܶܕ݁ܰܥ ܐܰܝܕ݂ܳܐ ܗ݈ܝ ܫܰܪܺܝܪܬ݁ܳܐ ܘܰܦ݂ܩܰܕ݂ ܗ݈ܘܳܐ ܕ݁ܢܰܘܒ݁ܠܽܘܢܶܗ ܠܡܰܫܪܺܝܬ݂ܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) And men from the crowd cried against him variously, and because of their crying he was not able to know what was the truth; and he commanded that they should lead him to the fortress.

(Murdock) And persons from the throng vociferated against him this thing and that. And, because he could not, on account of their clamor, learn what the truth was, he commanded to conduct him to the castle.

(Lamsa) And some of the mob cried against him one thing, some another: and because of their confusion he was unable to know what was true, so he commanded him to be taken to headquarters.

(KJV) And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.
