Translations

(Etheridge) Love never falleth; ^{[Lo nophel.]} for prophecies shall be abolished, and tongues be silent, and knowledge be abolished:

(Murdock) Love will never cease. But prophesyings will end; and tongues will be silent; and knowledge will vanish.

(Lamsa) Love never fails: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

(KJV) Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
