Matthew 16:17 - ܥܢܳܐ ܝܶܫܽܘܥ ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܛܽܘܒ݂ܰܝܟ݁ ܫܶܡܥܽܘܢ ܒ݁ܪܶܗ‌ܕ݁ܝܰܘܢܳܐ ܕ݁ܒ݂ܶܣܪܳܐ ܘܰܕ݂ܡܳܐ ܠܳܐ ܓ݁ܠܳܐ ܠܳܟ݂ ܐܶܠܳܐ ܐܳܒ݂ܝ ܕ݁ܒ݂ܰܫܡܰܝܳܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) Jeshu responded and said to him, Blessed art thou, Shemun-bar-Jona; because flesh and blood have not revealed (this) to thee, but my Father who is in heaven.

(Murdock) Jesus answered, and said to him: Blessed art thou, Simon son of Jonas; for flesh and blood have not revealed [it] to thee, but my Father who is in heaven.

(Lamsa) Jesus answered and said to him, Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for flesh and blood did not reveal it to you, but my Father in heaven.

(KJV) And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
